Tell us what the building is doing
Which room, what time of day, and how long it has been like that. If you have a wall or floor furnace that has never been tested, or a water heater that has never been strapped, say so — both get done on the first visit.
Start with a call
Call us and describe it in your own words. We will tell you what we would check, and say so plainly if it is not our trade. Berkeley and the area around it.
Telephone
(341) 214-6740
Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4pm.
No email address is published here yet. When there is one it will be a real address that somebody reads.
Who we come out to
Berkeley, Albany, El Cerrito, Emeryville, Oakland, Kensington, Richmond and Piedmont. If you are just outside that, ask — the answer depends on the week rather than on the boundary.
If you can smell gas
Do not use this form and do not wait for us. Get everybody out of the building, then call the gas utility from outside. Once the supply has been shut off, only the utility should turn it back on.
